I, the buyer, enter into this agreement with the full knowledge that once this animal leaves these
premises, I assume full responsibility for its life, health, medical expenses, and wellbeing. This dog is, on
date of delivery, in good health to the best of my knowledge, and all vaccines and de-worming is current.
I, the buyer, have 48 hours to take this dog to a veterinarian and if anything life threatening is found,
caused before it left these premises, it will be exchanged for an animal of equal value at once or when
one becomes available, No refund will be given. A second opinion by a vet of breeders choosing is
mandatory.
o The Buyer will provide a written statement from a licensed veterinarian clearly stating the defect
or illness. If the puppy is not taken to a licensed veterinarian within two business days of taking
possession, the 2 day warranty is void.
o Please ensure that the puppy is kept in a kennel or held in the waiting room of a veterinary office,
and that the exam room is properly disinfected before the appointment.
o Do not let the puppy walk on the floor in the veterinary office and ensure the room was cleaned
prior to putting your puppy on the table. I recommend bringing a clean towel or blanket with you
to be safe.
This contract does not cover viruses or parasites, internal or external, (worms, ear mites, fleas or ticks), or
any minor conditions such as hernias, open fonts or hypoglycemia. A diagnosis of Coccidian, Giardia,
parasites, or any other type of other bacterial infection does not render your puppy unhealthy. These
conditions are common in young puppies. Coccidian can be caused by stress when transporting or
moving young puppies. These items can be found on the ground, in water, public places, and are
treatable conditions.
All puppies are sold as pet quality WITHOUT breeding rights which means you can register your puppy
once the spay/neuter contract is fulfilled but it can never produce, intentionally or unintentionally, a litter of
puppies. We cannot guarantee the adult size/color or the ability to breed or show, as they are being
purchased as (PET ONLY) though the parents may be a certain size we cannot guarantee the puppy will
be bigger or smaller.
Buyer agrees that this puppy will never be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research
laboratory or similar facility. If buyer is unable to keep the puppy for any reason, seller must immediately
be notified and withholds the right to take back possession of the puppy at no compensation to the buyer.

 The Seller provides warranty against congenital defects for a period of One (1) year after the
date of sale. Any suspected congenital defect must be confirmed by a licensed veterinarian
(including necropsy if the dog dies).
o Buyer must supply any requested veterinary records related to the dog’s condition to the
seller within seven days of diagnosis.
o Seller has the right to require a second opinion from a veterinarian and/or veterinary
specialist of the Seller’s choice at the Seller’s expense.
o If necropsy is performed and results in undetermined or inconclusive diagnosis, warranty
is void.
o Original puppy need not be returned, provided there is proper documentation of
congenital issue.
o Breeder determines which puppy (of equal or lesser value) will be used as a replacement
and the wait may be as long as 6-12 months.
o Color or gender is not guaranteed
o Shipping fees will not be refunded, and any costs associated with the shipping
replacement puppy are to be covered by Buyer.
o If the puppy is euthanized or in any way disposed of, without a second opinion from the
seller’s veterinarian, the buyer waives all rights to a replacement puppy.

 This warranty does not include viral illnesses, infections, improper bites, stress-related illness,
hernias, hypoglycemia, parasites (including Giardia or Coccidiosis), cancer or endocrine
disorders. It also does not include any illness due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food,
chemicals or physical injury.
It is to be clearly understood, that the Seller does NOT, under any circumstances, accept
responsibility for any veterinarian and/or health care expense.
Spay and Neuter Contract:
 Spaying/neutering/gonad sparing surgery (GSS) by a licensed, reputable veterinarian is required
on the above puppy at 12 months of age.
 ownership is contingent upon the Spay/neuter obligation being fulfilled.
 Proof of this, in the form of a Certificate of Spay/Neuter from the Veterinarian, must be forwarded
to the Seller by the time the puppy reaches 13 months of age.
 If the Seller does not receive this documentation within this time, the warranty will become null
and void, no registration will be given and the puppy must be returned with NO refund.
 It is understood that at the time of sale that the puppy is not to be used for breeding. It is a
representation of its breed and it is structurally and temperamentally suited as a companion. It is
being sold as a pet without breeding rights.
